You may establish a line of credit based on the amount of equity in your primary residence. The account is accessed by simply writing a check. Monthly payments vary depending on your loan balance. A payment statement will be mailed on the 15th of each month with payment due by the 30th. As the loan balance is paid down, the line of credit may be used over and over again with no additional closing fees or a new application.
